The ‘Residential Damage at First Notice of Loss’ learning module is a process-based training module designed to help users significantly increase the level of accuracy in claims investigation. The user receives a virtual phone call to get information at first notice of loss, allowing them to practice asking key questions and following the scoping process for a series of water damage claims.
As a product designer I transformed this experience from VR into Desktop. This enabled cross-platform access to the trainees.
